Can we choose the music in our wedding film?

We work closely with you to ensure the soundtrack reflects your taste and the vibe of your special day. Licensing restrictions may apply, but we strive to meet your preferences.

Do you charge a travel fee?

We do not charge any travel fees for weddings in Columbia, Charleston, Hilton Head, Savannah, Greenville, or Augusta. Wherever your special day takes you within these locations, we’re there without additional costs.

What is the cost to reserve our date?

The cost to reserve the date is 30% or 50%  of the total cost of your wedding package.  Contact us if you desire other payment arrangements. 

Do you offer military discounts?

We offer an 8% military discount as a thank-you for your service.

Will our wedding be filmed in 4K?

We film in  4K, ensuring the highest quality visuals.

Can you provide drone coverage?

Yes, drone footage is available with all packages, weather permitting and subject to venue restrictions. Drone shots can add stunning aerial views to your wedding film.

How do you handle audio during the ceremony and speeches?

We use professional microphones and audio equipment to capture clear, high-quality sound, ensuring that vows, speeches, and other important moments are well recorded.

When are payments due?

The first is due upon reservation and the remainder is 30 days prior to your wedding day.

How long will it take to receive our wedding films?
 

Your wedding film will be delivered within 30 to 60 days after your wedding.

Do we need to feed the videography team during the reception?

Only required for weddings with 7 hours or more of coverage.  

Do you offer raw footage?

Yes, raw footage is available as an add-on option if you’d like all the unedited clips from your wedding day.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only applied if you choose to receive your wedding video on a DVD or thumb drive. Digital delivery options are tax-free.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer a flexible payment plan with a 20% down payment, followed by monthly payments up until one month before your wedding.

What happens if you are unable to make our wedding?

We have a network of on-call videographers available to step in if an emergency arises, ensuring seamless coverage for your wedding day.
